Won't You Be My Neighbor? Day

Mr. Rogers left a legacy of inspiring and helping many generations of young children and families with his TV show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood which lasted for 31 seasons. From when it first aired on February 19, 1968 to the final episode on August 31, 2001, he dedicated his life and career to helping children feel included, valued, and respected. This year, in remembrance of Mr. Rogers’ birthday (March 20, 1928), The Hopeful Neighborhood Project has shared free activity packets for children (and their families) to celebrate by spreading love in the neighborhood [The packet includes: puzzle games, coloring pages, a template for creating a hand-lettered sign, and family activities for sharing kindness with neighbors.].
